• Police Permission has been obtained.
• Sponsors have been contacted to meet the requirements of Certificates.

• Senior Police invited to inaugurate and preside over the functions.
• NGOs in the neighbouring Districts have been requested to participate in the event.
• Certificates will be issued to the participants.
